We at LIVE YOGA C/o Sparsh Motivation Centre ( "LIVE YOGA" ,, 'We', 'Us', 'Our') know that you as a user ('You', 'Your', ‘User(s)’) care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about visitors to our website at www.liveyoga.in (the “Site”) and the services available through our Site and our mobile application (“App”) for accessing our yoga instruction and training (“Training”) and interacting with yoga Teachers (“Teachers”) (collectively, the App and services will be referred to as the “Services”), and how we use and disclose that information.
By visiting the Site, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this privacy policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways.
We collect information about you directly from you , as well as automatically through your use of our Site, App or Services.
Information We Collect Directly From You. You may browse certain areas of the Site without registering with us or providing us personal information. If you register as a user of our Services, such as using our App and obtaining Training, then you must create an account and provide your name , email address & location. You will also be able to create a password profile thru OTP when using the App to participate in Training. We also collect other information as part of providing the Training and other Services, including your gender, years of yoga experience, types of yoga practiced, goals for practicing yoga, medical conditions, surgeries, and ratings and reviews you provide on Teachers.
We may also collect your name and email address and other contact information if you sign up for our email newsletter or updates or if you contact us regarding our Site and Services.
Recording of Training and Sessions. The Services are interactive in that they enable you to connect in real-time to Teachers and for Teachers to connect with you to provide Training (the “Sessions”). Sometimes may be these Sessions are recorded for both you and the Teacher to refer to in developing future Session plans and yoga training. Teachers may only use the Session recordings they conducted for teaching training and improvement, and for developing future Session planning with students. In addition, our internal staff may view Session recordings for review relating to the quality of the Training and for customer service and support, and for development of Teacher training, If you do not want a Teacher to view your Training Session recording or want us to delete your Training Session recording, please contact us at help@liveyoga.in
Information We Collect Automatically. We may automatically collect the following information about your use of our Site or Services through cookies and other technologies: your domain name; your mobile device type and ID; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; the length of time you visit our Site and or use our Services; and the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to our Site. · Affiliated businesses and third-party websites we do not control: In certain situations, businesses or third party websites we're affiliated with may sell items or provide services to you through the Mobile App (either alone or jointly with us). You can recognize when an affiliated business is associated with such a transaction or service, and we will share your personal information with that affiliated business only to the extent that it is related to such transaction or service.
· User submissions: Any content or personal information that you voluntarily disclose online in a manner other users can view (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, etc.) becomes publicly available, and can be collected and used by others.
· Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide Products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, our agents do not have any right to use the personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.
· Business transfers: We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.
You may request modification of personal information that you have submitted to us by contacting us at help@liveyoga.in or by updating your profile in your account. Requests for access and deletion of your personal information will be accommodated to the extent required by applicable law, provided that any deletion of your personal information may impact your ability to access and use the Services. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Site for a period of time.
What choices do I have?
We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the e-mail. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you e-mails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us.
Our Site and Services are not designed for children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
